Shipping & Exchanges
Orders of $150 or more eligible items qualify for free shipping in the Continental United States.
Orders are shipped from our New York City warehouse via UPS Ground within 2–3 business days. Expedited orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday, depending on inventory. You will receive an email notification with a UPS tracking number when your order ships. We do not ship to APO or P.O. Boxes due to UPS shipping restrictions.
We will offer international shipping in the near future.
The safety of your products is our priority, so we don’t offer gift wrapping for shipped orders.
Breakage & ReplacementAny breakage in shipment must be reported to Universal Belongings within 5 business days of delivery. Please email Customer Service with your transaction number or packing slip number and a photo of the breakage and we’ll gladly resend your order.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchange & Return Policy
We are happy to exchange items or return for store credit within 90 days of purchase, with some exceptions (see below). Please ensure returned items show no signs of use and in original packaging. Our team will issue you a gift card as store credit once we receive the return.
We cannot offer refunds.
All exchanges sent back to Universal Belongings must include a receipt or original packing slip and an Exchange Form. Please contact Customer Service with your proof of payment handy to request an exchange form and your Return Authorization number.
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Damage During Exchange Shipment
Universal Belongings is not responsible for any damage that occurs when return shipping so we strongly encourage you to pack items well, insure your shipment, and send a trackable shipment via FedEx or UPS. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale itemsOnly regular priced items may be exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you’ll receive an electronic gift certificate via email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or was shipped directly to the buyer, we’ll inform the purchaser of the return and send them a refund.
